Ukraine’s pipemakers increase production, rely on exports
Ukraine’s pipe enterprises increased production in January-May, says national pipemakers’ association Ukrtruboprom.
Volume amounted to 249,500 tonnes, up by 11,8% on-year, Kallanish notes. In particular, Interpipe increased its pipe production in the first five months of the year by 46.1%. However, Centravis decreased production by 8.6%, while Trubostal kept pipe production at last year's level.
