Ukraine’s January semis exports drop, iron ore grows

Ukrainian exports of semi-finished products decreased in January, according to customs data monitored by Kallanish. The country exported 486,500 tonnes of semis, down 27.9% on-year. Revenue generated by these shipments however increased 6.1% to $297.7 million. In 2021, Ukraine exported 6.8 million tonnes of semis, less by 9.5% on-year, but revenue increased by 48.8% to $4.1 billion. The main buyers of Ukrainian semis in January were Turkey with a 23.4…
