Ukraine supports Turkey's August seamless pipe imports rise
Turkey's seamless pipe imports rose 4.4% year-on-year to 22,279 tonnes in August as increased supplies from Ukraine compensated for the decrease in imports from China, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
The total average value/tonne of these imports declined to $1,030/t from $1,068/t a year ago, calculations from TUIK data show.
