Ukraine pig iron output recedes after export-led growth
Ukraine ramped up output of pig iron, crude steel and products in 2021, show preliminary data by national steel association Ukrmetallurgprom.
The country's ironmakers produced 21.1 million tonnes of pig iron, 21.3mt of crude steel and 19.04mt of steel products.
