Ukraine reduces coke production in January-July
Ukrainian coke plants reduced production of blast furnace coke to 5.63 million tonnes in January-July, down by -6% on-year, show coke-chemical association Ukrkoks data.
In July almost 820,000t of coke were produced, Kallanish notes.
Most Ukrainian enterprises reduced seven-month coke production. Avdiivka’s output was down -15% on-year to 1.7mt, Azovstal’s was down -1% to 780,000t, and Dneprokoks reduced by -11% to 280,000t. Kharkov coke plant decrease…
