Ukraine keeps scrap export duty despite Turkish FTA
Turkey and Ukraine signed a free trade agreement on 3 February, which encompasses steel products despite requests from Turkish steelmakers that steel should be exempted.
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Kyiv on Thursday.
