Ukraine increases semis, pig iron exports in September
Ukrainian exports of semi-finished products increased in September despite the ongoing Russian invasion and blockade of seaports, Kallanish notes.
The country exported 144,050 tonnes of semis, up 18.4% compared with August and 88.3% more on-year. Revenue generated by these shipments increased by 17% on-month and 43% on-year to $66 million, according to customs data.
