Ukraine decreases semis exports, pig iron rises
Ukrainian exports of semi-finished products decreased in June compared with the previous month amid the ongoing Russian invasion and some blockade of seaports, Kallanish notes.
Last month, the country exported 119,810 tonnes of semis, down 35.2% from May, but 18% more year-on-year. Revenue generated by these shipments decreased 33% month-on-month and 7% on-year to almost $84.5 million, according to customs data.
