Ukraine decreases ferroalloy output in January-August
Ukraine’s ferroalloy producers decreased production in January-August, the Ukrainian Association of Ferroalloy Producers (UkrFA) confirms to Kallanish.
Output amounted to 399,460 tonnes, down by 32% on-year. Ferromanganese output decreased by 70.7% to 20,690t and production of silicomanganese fell 22.2% to 356,500t. Ferrosilicon output was also down 63.4% to 19,720t.
