Ukraine decreases ferroalloy output amid Russian invasion
Ukraine’s ferroalloy producers decreased production in January-March, the Ukrainian Association of Ferroalloy Producers (UkrFA) confirms to Kallanish.
Output amounted to 186,030 tonnes, down by 2% on-year. Ferromanganese output decreased by 64.3% to 14,670t. However, three-month production of silicomanganese increased by 15.8% to 157,400t and ferrosilicon output was up 4.2% to 12,560t.
