Ukraine considers scrap export ban to Turkey, Russia
Ukraine's government is considering a temporary ferrous scrap export ban, which it will deliberate for a month. The draft decree was published on 30 September, its main purpose stated as the security of supply to Ukrainian mills, Kallanish learns.
