UK revokes Indian stainless bar/rod countervailing duty
The UK government has decided to revoke the countervailing measure on certain stainless steel bar and rod originating in India following a recommendation from the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) that injury would not reoccur.
The product in question is not further worked than cold-formed or cold-finished, other than bars and rods of circular cross-section of a diameter of 80mm or more. It falls under HS codes 72222021, 72222029, 72222031, 72222039, 72222081 and 722…
