UK extends China, Russia CR flats anti-dumping duties
The UK government has extended for a further five years until 5 August 2026 anti-dumping measures on cold rolled flat steel from China and Russia.
The duty rates applied will be those recommended by the UK Trade Remedies Authority (TRA), which completed in March its transition review launched in April 2021 (see Kallanish passim). These are 19.7-22.1% for China-origin imports, 18.7% for MMK, 34% for Severstal and 36.1% for all other Russian exporters.
