UAZ to suspend production in May amid maintenance
Russia’s Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ), part of Sollers Group, will suspend production of cars from 1-15 May due to corporate vacations and holidays, Kallanish notes.
However, cars will be shipped as planned, the enterprise claims. Plant maintenance will be carried out during this period, with production scheduled to resume on 16 May.
