UAE's Union issues billet welding system acceptance
Italy’s Pomini Long Rolling Mills has received a final acceptance certificate from Abu Dhabi-based re-roller Union Iron & Steel Company (UIS) for its ERT-ERBOS billet welding system.
"After long efforts, UIS and Pomini concluded the final commissioning of the billet welder successfully. The BW will add good value to the cost of production and save in the yield," UIS chief executive Musa Souri tells Kallanish.
