UAE traders seek consistency in rebar supply
United Arab Emirates rebar traders prioritise consistent penetration and supply, and therefore are not showing interest in the discounted offers made by a domestic re-roller who hasn't been in the market in the last few months, as well as a primary Saudi mill.
