UAE rebar retail prices increase on limited supply
In the United Arab Emirates retail segment, rebar prices have increased AED 20-25/tonne ($5.4-6.8) on-week due to restricted supply.
Emirates Steel Arkan (ESA) rebar is now offered at AED 2,290-2,300/t ($624-626), while non-ESA material is at AED 2,180-2,200/t, both delivered and on a credit basis of 120-150 days, Kallanish notes.
