UAE October-delivery wire rod prices surface
Emirates Steel Arkan (ESA), the market maker in United Arab Emirates, has set its October-delivery 6.5-14mm diameter AISI/SAE 1006-1008 grade wire rod domestic market quote at AED 2,307/tonne ($628/t) cpt Abu Dhabi. The ex-works price is $8/t lower, Kallanish learns from market sources.
ESA charges for grade AISI/SAE 1005 and 5.5mm dia an extra AED 35/t and AED 36.75/t, respectively.
