Brazilian offers up competition in UAE HRC market
In United Arab Emirates’ hot rolled coil market, a Brazilian mill is reported to have concluded a deal last week for nearly 15,000 tonnes of re-rolling grade 2mm+ SAE 1006 HRC.
The cargo, to be delivered at end-December or early January, was reported closed at $895-905/tonne cfr UAE, Kallanish notes.
