TYASA to use Castrip in new mill project
Mexican steelmaker TYASA plans to build a 500,000 short tons/year flat steel facility at its Ixtaczoquitlán site in the state of Veracruz, Kallanish learns from mill technology company Castrip.
Castrip, a joint venture between Nucor, BlueScope Steel and IHI Corporation, expects the facility to be operational by early 2017.
