Two Vietnamese pipemakers lose zero import duty status

Vietnam’s Haiphong Hongyuan Machinery and Hoa Phat Steel Pipe have had lost their ‘de minimis’ status for imports to the USA of their circular welded carbon steel line pipe. This happens after margins were revised by the US Department of Commerce in July.
