TurkStream pipeline obtains construction permit for offshore section
The TurkStream natural gas pipeline project, intended to transport Russian gas to Turkey and Europe under the Black Sea, has made further progress this month with Turkish authorities issuing the first construction permit. The pipeline is designed to carry 2.2 trillion cubic feet/year (Tcf/y).
