Turks book more scrap, hike rebar despite sluggishness
Turkish mills have continued purchasing deep-sea scrap this week at more or less stable prices on-week. Although one producer is reported to have sold a rebar cargo to Latin America, demand has not significantly improved. However, mills have increased rebar quotes regardless.
