Turkmenistan launches tender to study seamless pipe mill
Turkmengas has launched a tender to select a company to conduct a feasibility study into and carry out design and construction of a 100,000 tonnes/year seamless pipe plant. Turkmenistan’s state-owned gas company plans to operate the prospective mill under a joint venture in which it would own a 51% stake.
