Turkish wire rod quotes remain mostly unchanged
Most Turkish wire rod producers kept their prices unchanged last week as demand remains slow.
Although a resumption in rebar demand has been observed since the week prior, wire rod demand is yet to pick up as expected. As a result, Turkish wire rod producers have mostly kept their prices unchanged despite the increase seen in scrap prices. Those producers booked for longer, however, are seen to have increased their prices slightly.
