Turkish wire rod mills withdraw export offers

Turkish wire rod producers have withdrawn offers as a result of the sudden increase in scrap prices. Many wire rod producers further decreased their prices to $400-410/tonne fob last week from $420-430/t fob a week prior, but then scrap prices jumped $15/t on Thursday.
