Turkish pipe producers have increased their rebar quotes in the new year amidst higher hot rolled coil prices, Kallanish understands.
Demand, which was quite poor due to Christmas and New Year holidays during the last two weeks of last year, has recovered this week. Coupled with the support of a stronger euro, Turkish welded pipe producers have concluded sales to the EU and UK.
