Turkish welded pipe exports slip on-year in June
Turkish welded pipe exports fell -1.99% year-on-year to 151,596 tonnes in June. The slump in shipments to the US and Iraq was partly compensated by increased exports to the UK and Romania, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
The total average value/tonne of June's welded pipe imports declined to $635/t from $701/t a year earlier, TUIK data show.
