Turkey’s January pipe exports fall despite Iraq surge
Turkish welded pipe exports fell 39.3% on-year to 113,257 tonnes in January, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. This was also down from 202,993t in December.
The average value of January exports, however, rose to $787/tonne from $663/t in January 2020 and $686/t in December 2020.
