Lower UK intake slashes Turkish welded pipe exports
Turkish welded pipe exports declined -11.3% on-year to 178,924 tonnes in September. However, they increased 17% compared to August, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. Their average value slumped to $683/tonne versus $850/t in September 2018, and was down from $704/t in August 2019.
