Turkish welded pipe exports come to a halt
Turkish pipe producers’ export sales almost stopped last week as the Christmas and New Year holidays began, with sales to the EU most affected.
“Demand in alternative destinations was also absent,” says one producer. “I called my clients in Turkmenistan, Israel and all other alternative markets. Nobody intended to buy.”
