Turkish welded pipe export prices drop further
As a result of weak demand, Turkish welded pipe producers have been forced to further decrease their offers in export markets. Demand, however, has not recovered despite lower prices.
Although Turkish welded pipe producers are trying not to decrease prices below $500-520/tonne fob, based on their hot rolled coil purchase costs, they are unable to conclude sales at these levels.
