Turkish steel production, consumption rise in February
Turkey's crude steel production increased by 5.9% on-year in February to 3 million tonnes, according to national steel association TCUD. Production rose 9.4% on-year in January-February to 6.4mt.
February finished steel consumption was 2.8mt, up 15% on-year. Two-month consumption was up 15.5% to 5.9mt.
