Import concern tempers Turkish steelmakers’ positive 2020 outlook
The Turkish Steel Producers’ Association (TCUD) says increased finished steel consumption in October and November 2019 is a positive sign for 2020. Consumption rose 34.4% and 49.7% on-year in October and November, respectively.
