Turkish steel exporters slam rebar import duty cancellation

The Turkish Steel Exporters' Association (CIB) believes Turkey’s rebar import duty removal will not lead to a reduction in domestic prices. The move, however, makes the industry vulnerable to dumped and sub-standard rebar imports, it warns.
