Turkish scrap stabilising, reconstruction to spur demand: Sims
The Turkish scrap market should stabilise by the beginning of March, with significant steel production likely required to support an urgent reconstruction of earthquake-impacted areas, says Alistair Field, chief executive of major scrap supplier Sims Metal Management.
