Turkish scrap rises further, but rebar quotes waver
Turkish scrap import prices have risen further this week following a spate of new bookings from the US and Europe. However, traders report some Turkish mills have reverted to lower rebar export offers after finding that no buyers were prepared to pay the higher quotes tabled last week.
