Turkish scrap rises further on fresh US booking
Turkish scrap import prices have rebounded further despite subdued expectations, after a flat steelmaker bought a US-origin cargo, Kallanish notes.
The deal, concluded on Monday, was for HMS 1&2 80:20 at $430/tonne cfr Turkey, shredded at $435/t and PNS at $440/t for May shipment.
