Turkish scrap prices soften, expected demand rebound absent
Turkish mills are not rushing to conclude deals this week despite resuming inquiries for scrap last weekend. This is due mostly to the uncertainty and bearish sentiment prevailing in the global steel market, the Azerbaijan-Armenia conflict, and fast depreciation of the lira against other currencies.
