Scrap prices stabilise on fresh bookings in Turkey

Turkish imported scrap prices have stabilised for premium HMS 1&2 80:20, while the same grade from the EU has slightly increased, Kallanish notes.  Four fresh deep-sea bookings were heard on Thursday, three of which were from a western mill. The mill bought two cargoes from the Baltic at $386.5/tonne and $387/t cfr for HMS 1&2 80:20 and $406.5-407/t cfr for bonus grade.
