Turkish scrap market slumps with fresh US deal
Following a long period of waiting, a Turkish mill has finally confirmed a deal from a US supplier. The cargo that consists 35,000 tonnes of HMS 95:5 is confirmed by a Turkish steelmaker at $295/tonne cfr, for February shipment, Kallanish notes.
