Turkish scrap market falls silent amid uncertainties
Turkish mills are showing weak interest in scrap purchases following their buying spree in previous weeks. Besides having almost completed October-shipment scrap purchases, various uncertainties in the global and domestic markets are also preventing them from continuing to buy scrap.
