Turkish mills seen resisting higher scrap prices
Turkish mill demand for scrap is seen to have slowed compared to previous weeks. On the other hand, following the recent array of scrap bookings, scrap suppliers have retreated from the market.
Turkish mills’ buying interest has almost disappeared after they completed July-shipment scrap purchases, although some imported scrap offers remain in the Turkish market.
