Turkish scrap market freezes, mills seen needing cargoes

Market participants remain unclear about price direction, despite some imported scrap bookings last week, and are waiting for a new deal to have a better understanding of the market. Numerous scrap suppliers are offering but are not desperate to sell. They are concentrating mainly on collecting material for their previous contracts.
