Turkish scrap market remains silent
Silence is prevailing in Turkey’s imported scrap market, while mills are focusing on finished steel sales.
Although Turkish mills’ April-shipment scrap purchases are yet to get going, mills remain out of the market. Weak finished sales are preventing producers from initiating the purchasing round.
