Turkish scrap inches up, mills fulfil billet orders

Turkish scrap import prices have inched up again this week after stabilising last week, but mills still struggled to conclude rebar export deals at current quotes, market participants tell Kallanish. One scrap deal was confirmed at $317/tonne cfr Turkey for Baltic-origin HMS 1&2 80:20. A single mill was heard booking three further deals.
