Turkish scrap imports decline despite Netherlands surge
Turkish scrap imports fell -7% on-year in March to 1.71 million tonnes, but they rebounded from a nine-year low in February, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. Their average value was $311/tonne versus $357/t in March 2018.
