Turkish scrap imports decline continues in October
Turkish scrap imports decreased -26.3% year-on-year to 1.16 million tonnes in October. Their average overall price went down by $151/tonne to $230/t cfr Turkey, Kallanish learns from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data. At the same time, billet imports in Turkey continued to surge, TUIK data show.
