Turkish scrap impasse deepens, rebar mills eye US
Turkey has imported a solitary scrap cargo this week as the tug of war with stubborn US merchants continued. However, Turkish rebar mills are hopeful of regaining access to the lucrative US market pending favourable diplomatic talks between the countries.
