Turkish scrap declines further as merchants seek buyers
Turkish mills returned to the scrap import market last Friday, booking several cargoes at lower prices. Although prices are soon expected to bottom, the range of prices on offer has widened as some merchants who still have February-shipment cargoes are prepared to sell for lower, Kallanish notes.
